ECO4 IS A GOVERNMENT BACKED SCHEME
GOVERNMENT BACKED ECO3 SCHEME
The UK government has introduced the ECO3 scheme so homeowners, private tenants and landlords can apply for a government grant. Before anybody living in a property that had solid walls were not eligible for the ECO 3 scheme, they missed out on energy savings. ECO 3 intends to continue allowing solid wall insulation funding. The UK Government Eco Scheme also branches out and includes ECO Scotland and ECO Wales Schemes.

Heating
Free, replacement electric storage heaters are available via ECO 4 scheme introduced by the UK Government in the Autumn of 2018 and will run until the year 2022 reducing heating costs and their carbon footprint.
First-time central heating (FTCH)
Heating your home accounts for more than half of your total energy use (around 55%), so your boiler installation shouldn’t be a half-hearted decision!
Air Source Heat Pump
You’re probably using electricity to heat your home if you live in an area that doesn’t have a gas connection, and this is normally in the form of an electric storage heater.
Energy Performance
The Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is based upon an energy assessment on your property.
We provide a breakdown report of your property’s energy performance. The report highlights how much it will cost to heat and power a particular property. It includes recommendations and improvement measures.
